Watercolor on Arches paper
Painted plein air
Harding Icefield, Alaska
This painting was created during my first trip to Alaska — a place that felt almost unreal. Seeing mountains stretch endlessly in every direction left me completely in awe. I was inspired by every minute of that visit.
There was something about standing in front of the Harding Icefield that felt expansive and humbling at the same time. It reminded me how small we are, but also how deeply we can feel.
This piece is very close to my heart.
I hope it reminds you of the beauty in every version of yourself — the vast, the quiet, the powerful, and the evolving.
